Richard Construction Inc. (RCI) is seeking experienced Industrial Journeyman Blasters to prepare surfaces for painting and protection in the Paint Shop or on construction sites. You will read blueprints, identify tools, and apply blasting media while maintaining SSPC standards and safety protocols.

The role requires working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaborating across crafts. A valid toolbox, safety footwear, and willingness to follow site rules are essential for success at RCI.

• Must be able to read blueprints, sketches, drawings or building plans.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work full schedule with overtime.
• Must follow safety rules and regulations and be a team player.

Mansioni

• Read blueprints and specs to determine scope, locations, quantities and sizes of materials.
• Identify tools required for tasks and safety risks.
• Measure, mark, and cut wooden/metal materials to specifications.
• Identify blast media and use appropriate media for blasting and painting.
• Work safely at heights using fall protection and PPE.
• Clean up work areas and assist other crafts as needed.
