East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. seeks an Industrial Battery Service Technician to service customers in the Berks County & Lehigh Valley area. You will install and repair industrial batteries, chargers, and related equipment, traveling daily and interfacing with maintenance teams to ensure reliable service.

The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, good mechanical skills, and solid customer service abilities, with willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills and electrical background with broad troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and control circuits.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and perform on-site repairs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and service industrial batteries and charging equipment at customer sites.
• Investigate and resolve issues; communicate findings and recommendations.
• Travel daily within the Eastern Pennsylvania territory; maintain documentation.
• Ensure safety, proper hygiene, and adherence to quality standards.
