Job summary

DO Supply LLC is seeking an Industrial Automation Technician to join our Production team at our Raleigh facility. You will test, repair, refurbish, and calibrate industrial automation equipment, including PLCs, drives, HMIs, motors, and related control devices.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, continuous learning, and solving technically challenging problems in a fast-paced production environment. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Technical School Certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related industrial automation, electronics repair, maintenance, or technical experience.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley automation products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Test, repair, calibrate, and refurbish industrial automation equipment including PLCs, drives, HMIs, motors, and related control devices
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repairs using advanced diagnostic techniques
• Test repaired equipment and document findings in company software systems
• Utilize diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, loop simulators, and test fixtures
• Configure automation products and install parameters to verify communication and functionality
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to support orders and inventory
• Ensure repaired equipment meets quality standards before shipment
• Maintain organized workstations and repair documentation
• Support continuous improvement efforts and share technical knowledge
