Job summary

DO Supply LLC is seeking an Industrial Automation Technician to join our Production team in Raleigh, NC. You will support testing, repair, refurbishment, and calibration of PLCs, drives, HMIs, motors, and related control equipment in a hands-on production setting.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work on-site Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:00pm with occasional project work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on testing and repair of PLCs, drives, HMIs, motors, and related control devices.

Responsibilities

• Test, repair, calibrate, and refurbish industrial automation equipment including PLCs, drives, HMIs, motors, and related control devices.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repairs using diagnostic techniques
• Test repaired equipment and document findings in company software systems
• Configure automation products and install parameters to verify communication and functionality
• Soldering as required during repair processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to support orders and inventory
• Ensure repaired equipment meets quality standards before shipment
• Maintain organized workstations and testing equipment
• Support continuous improvement and share knowledge with team members
• Perform additional duties as assigned
