Job summary

The Reynolds Company is seeking an Automation Specialist in Houston to drive revenue for LV, MV, and MCC product lines, serving as the technical liaison with Rockwell Automation. This role involves RFQ reviews, proposal development, and both pre- and post-sales technical support.

You will deliver product training, support business development initiatives, and engage with customers to articulate the value of Rockwell Automation solutions. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial automation and power control solutions including LV/MV MCCs & VFDs.
• Experience reviewing RFQs and preparing technical and commercial proposals for LV/MV MCC applications.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, data sheets.
• Experience managing multiple technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of motor control, power distribution, and automation systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME for LV, MV, MCC, and VFD product portfolio.
• Review RFQs and develop technical/commercial proposals for LV/MV MCCs.
• Support projects from quotation through handoff with cross-functional teams.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, demos, and guidance.
• Support launches and growth strategies with Rockwell Automation and leadership.
• Deliver product training and technical support to sales and customers.
• Build relationships to drive revenue growth and expand accounts.
• Travel to support multiple company locations and territories.
