Multi-Craft Contractors is seeking an experienced estimator/manager for industrial automation projects. You will review drawings and specifications, create estimates, and plan labor and material deliveries to meet budget and schedule. The role requires coordinating multiple trades and controlling costs to ensure timely execution.

This on-site position emphasizes supervision, change management, and client billing, with a focus on safety and quality across industrial facilities.

Competenze

• Must have 5+ years of practical experience in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, controls, or related construction and integration projects.
• 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with industrial automation systems, PLCs, HMI/SCADA, and system integration principles.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination within facilities.
• Proven ability in project estimating, budgeting, scope development, and change management.

Mansioni

• Review project drawings and specifications, contract requirements, and overall project schedule.
• Create estimates for project budget and bid numbers.
• Develop timeline of labor and material/equipment deliveries and allocation.
• Manage multiple projects and/or multiple trade disciplines (mechanical, sheet metal, plumbing, electrical, insulation, etc.).
• Control material, equipment costs and labor allocations while maintaining quality and schedule.
• Prepare change orders and track changes to final execution.
• Prepare monthly client billings.
