Audubon Companies in Metairie, LA is seeking an Automation and OT Project Manager to lead planning and execution of industrial automation, OT, and cybersecurity projects for industrial clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in industrial automation, OT, or cybersecurity project delivery.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and change orders across multiple concurrent assignments.
• Working knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, and historian systems and the related engineering, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Understanding of industrial networks, Windows-based infrastructure, virtualization, secure remote access, backup and recovery, and OT cybersecurity requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and client operations personnel while maintaining clear responsibilities and project commitments.
• Experience preparing proposals, labor estimates, project execution plans, technical reports, and client presentations.
• Proficiency with project scheduling and cost tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong client communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in LNG, refining, petrochemical, chemical, pipeline, or offshore facilities preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent training preferred.
• Ability to travel to client facilities for meetings, field implementation, testing, and commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Develop project execution plans, baselines, schedules, budgets, and acceptance criteria with clients and technical leads.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and budget; identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate personnel assignments balancing priorities, skills, and field support needs.
• Manage project financial performance including labor and procurement costs and margins; report risks and actions.
• Serve as primary client contact for execution and maintain action logs.
• Control scope changes with impact assessments and change orders; communicate updates.
• Plan automation and OT work involving PLC/DCS/SCADA/HMI and cybersecurity aspects.
• Schedule deliverable reviews with technical leads and ensure compliance with Audubon procedures.
• Prepare proposals, labor estimates, execution plans, and resource plans; support business development.
• Coordinate turnover of final documentation, training materials, and closeout activities; capture lessons learned.
• Promote health, safety, security, environment (HSSE) requirements in project execution.
