Job summary

Mural Industrial in Henderson, KY 42420 is seeking a maintenance technician for the 3rd Shift to protect uptime and quality on our automated production systems.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues, read drawings, and use CMMS to document work. PLC diagnostics and collaboration with operations are essential, with nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Proven electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motors, VFDs, conveyors, and automated machinery.
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings and documentation.
• Comfort with PLC-based troubleshooting.
• Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
• Willing to support flexible scheduling, including nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated production assets and facility systems.
• Pinpoint and fix issues spanning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains.
• Respond to breakdowns to minimize disruption and restore throughput quickly.
• Refine PM programs to lift reliability and extend asset life.
• Use manuals, prints, and schematics to guide safe, effective repairs.
• Utilize PLC diagnostics to trace faults and support troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with operations to identify chronic failures and implement lasting solutions.
• Capture precise work history and documentation in CMMS.
• Support new equipment installs, commissioning, and validation.
