Job summary

You will read mechanical and electrical drawings, diagnose issues, and work with PLCs, CAD programs, and UpKeep for maintenance records. This role requires 2+ years of experience and a strong safety mindset.

Candidates should be able to lift 26-50 pounds, work with hoisting equipment, and collaborate with the E & R and Production teams.

Qualifications

• College or trade school certifications in mechanical and electrical courses.
• 2+ years verifiable experience in electrical & maintenance repairs.
• Able to read and create mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Good knowledge of electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Installs, sets up and maintains mechanical and electrical equipment as directed and assists others with electrical equipment.
• Diagnoses issues using mechanical and electrical drawings and applies proper procedures for repairs.
• Uses hoisting and rigging procedures to complete tasks safely.
• Interprets mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC programming.
• Works with Production and E&R teams and trains inexperienced employees as required.
• Operates mobile and hoisting equipment and keeps work area clean and orderly.
