Job summary

nVenia is seeking an Applications Engineer 2 to evaluate customer requirements, prepare quotations, and support field sales. You will read RFQs, assess specifications, and design machine configurations with AutoCAD to fit customer needs.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and production to develop accurate proposals, validate concepts, and help kickoff projects. Travel may be required to support customers and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience in AutoCAD, proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Sales engineering experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, custom specifications, and sales requests from customers.
• Design machine configurations to satisfy RFQ needs and best-fit equipment.
• Prepare professional proposal documents with accurate cost information.
