Job summary

Work Right NW is seeking a driven Certified Athletic Trainer for an industrial setting in Boston, MA. You’ll provide on-the-job care, evaluate injury risks with computer vision tools, and schedule preventative appointments to keep workers healthy and safe.

You will rehabilitate injuries and collaborate with safety and ergonomics teams to design wellness programs, using data to guide effective solutions and improve overall worker health on site.

Qualifications

• BOC Certification required.
• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job care and evaluate injury risks using computer vision tools
• Schedule and conduct preventative and early intervention appointments
• Rehabilitate non-work-related injuries
• Partner with safety professionals & ergonomists to develop wellness programs
• Leverage data analytics to assess injuries and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate on innovative programs to improve overall worker health
