Athletic Training Solutions is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to join our full-time team in a proactive, prevention-focused role inside industrial settings. You’ll be on-site, delivering injury prevention, first aid, and wellness initiatives while supporting case management and employee recovery.

Requirements include a 4-year degree and board-certified ATC, with 1+ year experience preferred. ATS offers strong benefits, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential required.
• 1+ year experience (or completion of a new grad program) preferred.
• On-site in industrial setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety.
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives.
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Support case management and employee recovery.
• Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries.
• Engage employees through education and wellness programs.
