Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in asset management, investments, commercial real estate, finance, or related disciplines.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with industrial real estate assets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day regional portfolio of industrial assets with managers.
• Develop and execute property-level business plans to maximize asset value.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts; identify risks.
• Perform financial analyses related to leasing, capex, and returns.
• Develop financial models for asset performance and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist with asset valuations and portfolio reporting.
• Coordinate budgets, reforecasts, and capital planning.
• Collaborate on investor reporting and portfolio analyses.
