Job summary

Balanced Body is seeking an organized, detail-oriented assembler to join our Assembly team in Sacramento. You will work with wood, metal and fabric components, following safe assembly practices to build and package Pilates equipment.

This full-time role offers hands-on training, opportunities to learn industrial-level skills, and a stable schedule with company benefits. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for the full shift, and commit to consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of safe assembly techniques and tooling.
• Industrial-level experience preferred but willing to train a motivated individual.
• Skills will include: wood working, sub-assembly and mechanical assembly.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
• Able to sit, stand, reach and carry as needed for a full shift (8-hours).
• Must be able to lift, carry up to a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Must be self-motivated and have a positive, solution-seeking attitude.
• Able to commit to a consistent work schedule with good attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble components to specification.
• Ensure timely production and packaging for shipping.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
