Job summary

R&M Equipment in Spring City, PA is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble, paint and test industrial blower package equipment. You will read mechanical drawings, cut steel, align drives, and perform general housekeeping while supporting a team environment committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires basic math, ability to read tape measures, and experience with power tools; forklift operation and a valid driver’s license are desirable.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience a plus – but willing to train.
• Read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Read tape measure and perform basic math for proper assembly.
• Ability to operate power tools and lift equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Assemble, paint and test industrial blower package equipment; cut steel; perform drive alignment.
• Follow area Leads, Supervisors, and Management instructions; maintain housekeeping.
