Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is seeking an Assembly Operator to assemble sheet metals, aluminum trimming, piping, and mount generators and other components.

You will use drills, saws, tape measures, wrenches, rivet guns, and follow standard work procedures to ensure safe, quality assembly, while maintaining an orderly work area and adhering to safety guidelines including 5S. Lifting and standing for long periods may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of manufacturing assembly and/or construction experience.
• Technical degree or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components such as sheet metals, aluminum trimming, piping; mount generators and other components.
• Use tools such as drills, saws, tape measures, wrenches, rivet guns to perform assembly duties.
• Follow Standard Work Procedures and blueprints for safe, defect-free assembly and/or adjustment of components.
