Job summary

TWG, based in Jenks, Oklahoma, is seeking an assembler to join onsite operations. You will assemble parts per BOM and drawings, operate presses, run tests, and maintain ERP records. You may train peers and assist in other departments while adhering to ISO procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years related experience, and willingness to travel as needed. A discretionary bonus may apply based on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to travel as required and/or directed.
• Eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our bonus plan.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to Bill of Material, Bill of Operations, and engineering drawings.
• Operate hydraulic and manual presses to support assembly operations.
• Perform test procedures on assemblies as directed.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions and records.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment and support tooling.
• Be able to drive forklift and move parts as required.
• Complete kitting tasks based on production schedule.
• May train other employees and assist in other departments.
