Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reading and writing skills essential to comprehend simple correspondence and orders.
• Ability to perform basic measurements and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to product knowledge or established processes.
• Fasten parts using presses, screws, rivets, or other fasteners; laminate materials as needed.
• Operate drill presses, sawing, punching, laminating, riveting equipment.
• Perform quality checks on products and assist others when needed.
• Use required PPE and follow safety guidelines to eliminate hazards.
• Train coworkers in job skills and maintain attendance and policies.
