Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Southern Pines, NC is seeking an Assembler I to perform a variety of assembly tasks in conjunction with product manufacturing. You will ensure parts fit correctly and follow manuals, drawings, and work orders with precision.

The role requires strong manual dexterity, ability to read instructions and schematics, and adherence to ISO procedures and safety rules. On-site work Monday through Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm with 5S standards in the workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Read print drawings to determine dimensions, design and materials.
• Assemble parts according to work orders, BOMs and assembly drawings.
• Set up and operate presses and fitting tools per torque specs.
• Test products for compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S standards.
• Pack finished products for shipment and label accordingly.
