Job summary

Better Engineering in Joppa, MD is seeking production team members with hands-on skills in mechanical assembly and fabrication, welding, industrial wiring, and industrial plumbing to build state of the art automated machinery.

We offer a 4-day workweek (4x10 hour shifts), benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, and a great working environment in a brand new building. Live within a 45 minute commute of Joppa, MD and have relevant on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and fabrication.
• Experience with MIG welding in a production setting.
