Job summary

Better Engineering in Joppa, MD is seeking candidates with hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and fabrication, MIG and TIG welding, and industrial wiring or plumbing to join our production team building state-of-the-art automated machinery.

This 4x10 hour shift, Monday-Thursday with occasional Friday overtime, offers benefits including health and dental insurance, a 401(k) with matching, a health savings account, paid time off, and other company perks in a brand-new facility.

Qualifications

• Have on-the-job experience in mechanical assembly and fabrication.
• Have on-the-job experience in MIG welding.
• Have on-the-job experience in TIG welding.

Responsibilities

• Join production team to build state-of-the-art automated machinery.
