Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in electrical assembly or related electrical field.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to ISO9001:2008 quality procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and genuine interest in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels efficiently according to company standards
• Understand and follow simple assembly instructions, including drawing notes
• Layout and mount components, including drilling, tapping, and cutting of sub-panels and enclosures
• Wire assembled components from schematics and wire lists
• Assist in training or supporting other assembly team members as needed

Pay Range: $54080 - $78040
