Job summary

FlexiRemote Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect for our US-based team. You will design and oversee construction of industrial buildings, using CAD tools and robust project management to meet safety standards and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture, 5+ years of industrial experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and engineers. This on-site position offers accommodation and visa sponsorship options, with a negotiable salary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities.
Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
Evaluate site locations for suitability and conduct feasibility studies.
Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet safety standards and comply with building codes.
Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Monitor progress of construction projects, make necessary adjustments to plans if needed.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
