Q-Storage is seeking an Industrial Architect to design and oversee the construction of industrial buildings in the United States. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver efficient, code-compliant spaces that meet project requirements.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of industrial-architecture experience, with strong CAD skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect.
- Proficient in CAD software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Experience working on industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather information.
- Develop detailed plans, designs, and specifications using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs.
- Liaise with contractors to oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Conduct cost analysis to ensure projects stay within budget constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to industrial architecture.
