Sinclair is currently seeking part‑time (adjunct) faculty for daytime courses to teach FlexFactor with area high school and middle schools within the Sinclair ecosystem. FlexFactor is a student‑led, project‑based curriculum to engage and inform students about careers in STEM and Advanced Manufacturing, utilizing: problem identification; product design and ideation; business modeling; and presentation creation and delivery.
The starting pay for Adjunct Faculty is $1,046 per credit hour assigned to teach. This position is open only to applicants who reside in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky, or who are able to perform work within one of these states.
