Job summary

Zachry Group is seeking a Journeyman I&E - Analyzer Technician to support safe, quality, and efficient completion of instrumentation and electrical maintenance activities at the Corpus Christi LNG Facility in Gregory, TX. You will disassemble, repair, test, troubleshoot, calibrate, and install instrumentation and electrical equipment used to control and monitor plant processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining transmitters and analyzers, reading drawings and permits, performing safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of petrochemical, refining, LNG, or industrial plant experience.
• Experience with instrumentation and electrical maintenance activities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, permits, and JSAs.
• Must complete required training and qualifications for safety-sensitive work.
• Willing to work overtime, call-outs, shift work, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, calibrating, and installing instrumentation and electrical equipment.
• Maintaining pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
• Maintaining and repairing control valves and associated components.
• Diagnosing and repairing motors, motor control circuits, and VFDs.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, permits, and JSAs.
• Providing support services and assisting other crafts when not actively performing instrumentation and electrical activities.
