Job summary

Egyptian Engineering Agencies SAE - EEA is seeking a Maintenance Technician Engineer to join our Maintenance Department and support clients across industries, ensuring optimal performance of industrial air compressors and air dryers.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair; collaborating with the sales team on technical solutions; regular site visits; and building strong client relationships. Arabic fluency is required; English is a plus; a car is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in maintenance of industrial air compressors or related equipment.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus.
• Car is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of air compressors and air treatment systems.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical support and solutions to clients.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections; having a car is a plus.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring the reliability of their equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend solutions to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
