Job summary

Siemens in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks an Industrial AI Engineer to build production-ready AI for real manufacturing environments. This onsite role supports development and deployment of Industrial AI solutions from model development through live factory workflows.

You will work with time-series shopfloor and MES/IT data to deploy models, validate results, and drive adoption across teams, with up to 20% travel. Authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or automation domains.
• 2+ years programming in Python, R, or Java and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, with hands-on testing of models.
• 2+ years deploying and validating AI models in industrial or production environments.
• 2+ years cross-functional, customer-facing collaboration and adapting solutions to evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI models targeting industrial and manufacturing challenges using data-driven insights.
• Design AI solutions using time-series shopfloor data and MES/IT data aligned to real operational processes.
• Perform data preparation and feature engineering and build models using contextualized industrial data.
• Deploy AI models into real factory environments with reliable performance under varying conditions.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Data Architects, System Architects, software developers, and factory teams for scalable solutions.
• Work with external partners to implement standardized Industrial AI solutions.
• Continuously validate and refine models based on production data and feedback for measurable improvements.
• Lead scaling across plants to enable repeatable deployment patterns and standardization of Industrial AI capabilities.
