Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, seeks a hands-on Staff/Principal Full Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications for Autonomous Operations in semiconductor manufacturing.

You will own data pipelines, model workflows, APIs, and web UIs, with edge/cloud deployments across facilities worldwide. The role requires strong Python/JS/TS skills, experience with data pipelines and AI models, and familiarity with cloud, containerization, and digital twins.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver end-to-end AI products, including data ingestion pipelines, feature engineering, model training/inference, APIs, user interfaces, and application monitoring.
• Build and maintain modern front-end applications using React, Angular, or Streamlit, with backend services in Python and FastAPI.
• Develop scalable integrations between manufacturing systems, robotics platforms, AMRs, sensor networks, and enterprise applications for smart factory operations.
• Design and implement digital twin environments using NVIDIA Omniverse, Gazebo, or Unity Robotics Hub for simulation, validation, and optimization.
