Job summary

Wet Willie's in Milwaukee is seeking a server/bartender to provide an excellent dining experience for theater patrons. You will work in a fast-paced environment, taking orders and making drinks while engaging with a friendly audience.

As a server/bartender for theater patrons of the Broadway Theater Center. You will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:

• Taking orders in a timely manner for the captive theater-goer audience
• Being able to cashier, close out tabs on the POS system
• Engaging in friendly conversation - many regulars
• Making simple drinks and pouring wines
• Occasional party set up
• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest, washing glassware
• Schedule is typically Wednesday thru Sunday, and seasonal must be able to work New Year's Eve as well as Valentine's Day. Some Wednesday day shifts are available; schedule for the entire season is available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 12 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers in English
