Job summary

Owen J. Roberts High School is seeking an Indoor Track and Field Head Coach to lead student-athletes in a competitive program. You will assist with organization, practices, and adherence to district policies, while modeling sportsmanship and integrity.

Responsibilities include scheduling practices and games, supervising athletes, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with the Athletics Director and Principal to ensure compliance with state and district requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Good communication skills to interact with staff and public.
• Submit PA School Personnel Health form and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach with organization and supervision of student/athletes during events.
• Schedule practices and games with head coach.
• Maintain equipment and uniforms issued by the Athletic Department.
• Report student obligations and assist with end-of-season documentation.
