Aqua-Tots Development in Littleton, CO is hiring year-round Swim Coach/Teachers. We offer starting pay of $15.50–$17 per hour with 50+ hours of paid training. You will teach children, implement our curriculum, and help kids stay safe around water in a fun, supportive team. We provide bonuses, two mental health days, and strong growth opportunities.

No previous swim experience is required; highly trainable individuals are welcome to apply and grow with us.

We are looking for year-round Swim Coach/Teachers! A Swim Coach is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members.

The Swim Instructor position requires a person to have the passion and patience to change the lives of the children they teach! Though swim experience or lifeguarding is a plus, people with the right personality with a positive attitude are ALL welcome to apply as we provide terrific training!
