The role requires 7+ years of management, strong P&L oversight, and experience coordinating regional and national tournaments within a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of management experience.
• Prior responsibility in daily P&L management and budget oversight of $1MM+.
• Proven experience in organizing and operating sports tournaments and events.
• Experience with convention & visitor bureaus and regional event management.
• Operational knowledge of risk management and event operations.
• Sports programming and event operations expertise required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, customer service, safety, and events.
• Develop and manage the Annual Business Plan and budgets.
• Supervise staff, coordinate staffing/training, and maintain a professional culture.
• Attract regional/national tournaments and manage bookings.
• Coordinate facility marketing and sponsorship fulfillment.
• Deliver high-quality experiences for organizers, athletes, spectators, and community users.
