Job summary

GRITR Range is seeking a Range Safety Officer to join our indoor range and training team in the DFW area. You will ensure safety, assist customers, and help with range upkeep in our retail store setting.

The role requires 2 years of firearms experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to stand for long shifts. Successful probation leads to instructor certification at no cost and access to additional earnings opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 2 years firearms experience.
• Ability to squat, sprint, climb and lift weights.
• Ability to stand for a 10 hour shift and read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all participants during range activities.
• Maintain the range and perform upkeep.
• Assist customers with firearm related questions and sales.
• Know the 4 Rules of Firearm safety and apply the knowledge.
