Job summary

Apex Geotech Solutions is seeking a dependable forklift operator to move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods within our manufacturing facility. The role includes general labor tasks such as packaging and housekeeping to support efficient production.

You will operate sit-down counterbalanced forklifts, move materials between receiving and production, and maintain organized material flow while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• 1+ years indoor forklift operation experience.
• Ability to read a tape.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down counterbalanced forklifts inside the manufacturing facility.
• Transport raw materials from receiving to production areas.
• Move work-in-process between production departments per router instructions.
• Place and retrieve materials from rack storage using forklift.
• Inspect forklift before each shift and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain organized material flow and staging areas.
• Follow all pedestrian safety and aisle clearance rules.
