Qualifications

Role Description

The Indoor Cycling Instructor at RideUnited Studios will lead dynamic, music-driven cycling classes and integrate functional training elements to deliver a challenging, safe, and engaging workout. This full-time, on-site role is based in Winston-Salem, NC and involves preparing class plans, selecting appropriate music, and setting up studio equipment before each session. The instructor will demonstrate proper technique, provide real-time coaching and modifications, and motivate participants of varying fitness levels. Daily responsibilities include greeting and supporting members, maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, and collaborating with the team to enhance class programming and member experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Indoor Cycling and Cycling skills, with the ability to lead high-energy group classes.


• Candidates should possess Fitness Instruction skills, including safe exercise programming, cueing, and form correction.


• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to motivate, connect with, and support diverse participants.


• Certification in group fitness, personal training, or indoor cycling (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.


• Experience teaching in a studio or gym setting and comfort working with individuals of various fitness levels is beneficial.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by class schedules.
