Job summary

Creative Composites Group – Composite Advantage in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a Composite Technician for indoor construction-based work on first shift. The role supports the composite manufacturing process with tasks such as kitting, molding, layup, fabrication and assembly.

You will read prints and specs, use hand tools, operate grinders and drills, and follow safety standards. The position involves working around fiberglass and chemicals, and requires good manual dexterity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations.
• Follows engineering and manufacturing specifications and orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and teamwork in a diverse group.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks including kitting, grinding, sanding, bonding, molding and/or assembly with composite materials.
• Read prints, charts, sketches, work orders and other documents to guide work.
• Cut parts to size and follow lay‑up sequences and transitions.
• Operate hand and power tools to fabricate composite parts.
