Creative Composites Group’s Composite Advantage in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Composite Technician for indoor construction based work on first shift. You will support the composite manufacturing process with kitting, molding, layup, fabrication and assembly tasks.

You will read prints, use hand and power tools, and follow safety standards while maintaining a clean workspace. This role emphasizes LEAN manufacturing, teamwork, and on‑the‑job training to enhance skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read prints, charts, work orders and follow instructions.
• Basic math and measurement using a tape measure.
• Ability to read precision measuring tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication to support manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform kitting, molding, layup, fabrication and assembly tasks.
