Northeast Alternatives in Lakeville, MA is seeking a Cultivation Technician to join a 30-50 person team at a full-cycle indoor facility. You will support day-to-day cultivation operations, care for plants, and assist with IPM, data tracking, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to obtain the required state cannabis agent registration.
• Ability to follow established procedures and ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new cultivation processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine problems and communicate concerns to management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced cultivation environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement cultivation SOPs, including cloning, transplanting, feeding, and scouting.
• Learn and execute an Integrated Pest Management strategy.
• Track environmental factors and record data for management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform water, media, and solution sampling and testing procedures.
• Maintain daily activity records and operation logs using designated software.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management about daily tasks and plant health.
• Collaborate with team to support a positive, productive work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve cultivation processes, workflow, and efficiency.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
