Temp Right Service is seeking an IAQ & Duct Cleaning Specialist to improve residential and commercial HVAC performance through thorough duct cleaning, IAQ assessments, and customer education. Responsibilities

  • Duct Cleaning: Perform residential and commercial HVAC duct cleaning using TRS procedures and NADCA best practices; clean all related components and set up containment.
  • IAQ: Evaluate HVAC systems for indoor air quality concerns and educate customers about contaminants; recommend IAQ products.
  • Inspection & Opportunity Identification: Inspect accessible ducts for damage, leaks, improper sizing, insulation issues, and mold; identify replacement leads.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service from arrival to project completion; explain the process and address customer questions.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety requirements; maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment; complete documentation accurately.

Position SummaryThe IAQ & Duct Cleaning Specialist is responsible for improving the health, safety, comfort, and efficiency of residential and commercial HVAC systems through professional duct cleaning, indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments, and customer education. This position serves as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities to improve HVAC system performance, recommending IAQ solutions, documenting duct deficiencies, and generating leads for equipment replacement or duct system upgrades.Temp Right Service (TRS) is committed to developing technical experts.
