Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Indonesian Bilingual Experts to support a large AI training project focused on Indonesian language understanding and generation. You will evaluate AI-generated Indonesian speech and provide feedback to improve language model performance, with strong Indonesian language expertise and English communication skills.

No prior AI experience is required. Remote work is allowed, and you will follow established guidelines and rubrics to deliver detailed evaluations on time.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian with strong written and spoken skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ with clear written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and methodical language evaluation approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment following guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and review audio clips to evaluate nativeness, fluency, and quality of AI-generated Indonesian speech.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural expressions and cultural/contextual inappropriateness.
• Provide clear written feedback in English and verbal feedback when required.
• Document observations and offer actionable insights for model improvement.
• Follow rubrics and guidelines and collaborate with coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Complete assessments accurately within project timelines.
• Contribute suggestions to improve evaluation frameworks and language quality standards.
