AI Trainer Jobs is seeking an Indonesian bilingual expert for a remote evaluation track. You will review Indonesian prompts and responses against a quality rubric, compare paired outputs, label edge cases, and provide structured feedback to retrain models.

Responsibilities include evaluating outputs against rubrics, selecting the stronger answer with rationale, and tagging content for hallucinations or policy violations. This is a contractor, remote role with hours expected weekly.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on Indonesian content.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and rubric clause applied.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag when a prompt is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Indonesian evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and choose the stronger answer with rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them to the program team for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibration against gold-standard examples.
