Job summary

The Manager, Indirect Tax Technology at T-Mobile leads configuration and administration of Vertex O Series and Communications Tax products integrated with Oracle Fusion and Amdocs billing platforms. You will support end-to-end enterprise project lifecycle delivery and provide analytical support for tax decisions, troubleshooting, and onboarding to the TOAST transformation roadmap.

This role requires 5-8 years of indirect tax experience, strong SQL skills, and experience with tax engines;

Qualifications

• 5-8 years indirect tax knowledge and tax technology experience.
• 5-8 years experience with a tax determination engine (Vertex O Series preferred).
• 3-5 years enterprise project delivery in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and maintenance of Vertex O Series and Communications Tax products, including imposition ID analysis, jurisdiction management, and transaction-level tax decision validation across Oracle Fusion and Amdocs billing platform integrations.
• Deliver enterprise project lifecycle activities including tax impact assessment, business requirements documentation, UAT coordination, and post-production validation for small to medium initiatives.
• Document Vertex configurations, integration decision history, and project lifecycle processes to build durable institutional knowledge; contribute to TOAST transformation roadmap execution and organizational resiliency planning.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
