Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise indirect procurement strategy, supplier governance, and cost savings initiatives across CVG operations.

You will build and mentor a team, drive negotiations, establish governance and performance dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement across our sourcing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
