Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to own end-to-end supplier relationship management for assigned indirect categories, driving performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in a regional context.

You will lead RFx events, negotiation, and contract strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure CSR and supplier code of conduct adherence, and build regional cost models to inform sourcing decisions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or procurement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
• Strong problem solving, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience negotiating and redlining contracts with legal partners.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supplier relationship management for assigned indirect categories, including performance and issue resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams as regional category lead to align demand and sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and development of strategic suppliers.
• Drive supplier compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct and CSR expectations.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable insights for decision making.
• Lead RFx/sourcing events through award and transition and align regional/global strategies.
• Define and implement contract strategies and negotiate terms.
• Establish governance cadence and review supplier performance with cross-functional teams.
