Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Indirect Procurement Analyst to support contract administration and data integrity across our indirect spend categories. You will assist with routing and tracking contracts, uploading metadata, and generating status reports for the organization.
You will help maintain spend analytics feeds, ensure P2P catalogs are up to date, and enable new suppliers and internal users to transact. The role may involve spot buys to secure non-standard goods and services as needed.
The Indirect Procurement Department is accountable for the supply management activities across all categories of Bass Pro indirect spend (e.g., Logistics, Marketing, IT, Facilities, etc.). To maximize the efficiency of its work, the Procurement Department has selected a suite of software tools that support the company’s supply management activities. The Operational Analysts assist with the system and contract administration required to support the organization
Assists with preparing, routing and tracking contract documents, assists in uploading completed contracts and the corresponding metadata into the contract administration module, and produces reports on contract status for the entire organization Supports the maintenance of data feeds to the spend analytics module that tracks and classifies all indirect spend, and provides the first level of analysis on data accuracy and completeness Helps ensure that the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) module is up to date including uploading vendor catalogs and item content as well as making sure that new suppliers and internal users are enabled to transact in the tool Assists with placing purchase orders for capital goods and/or services in support of organizational requirements May execute “spot buys” as needed to secure non-standard goods and services not included in the core assortment
