Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Manager of Indirect Procurement focused on Corporate Travel and Marketing. You will source, negotiate and manage suppliers while optimizing the indirect spend to deliver cost savings and value.

The role requires collaboration with Finance, Legal, Data Security and other stakeholders. Strong knowledge of T&E management, SFDC, SAP Ariba or similar platforms, and proven negotiation experience will help drive policy compliance and favorable terms.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive work experience in directly managing T&E programs in a corporate environment.
• Experience in managing indirect procurement preferably supporting Sales, Marketing or related business unit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute indirect procurement and T&E program strategies to achieve cost savings and compliance.
• Spearhead sourcing methodologies (RFx) and supplier onboarding.
• Conduct cost/spend analysis to identify opportunities and support vendor decisions.
• Lead contract negotiations with key vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Drive improvements to T&E policies, processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing/Events, Legal, Data Security/Compliance to align strategies.
• Support stakeholders on T&E matters including policy guidance and issue resolution.
• Build relationships with vendors and monitor performance and risk with KPIs.
• Oversee procure to pay from requisition to payment ensuring policy compliance.
• Promote best-in-class procurement practices with systems and processes.
