Job description
Purpose of Position

We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Manager to manage our purchasing of goods, services and software, and to oversee vendors across our international organization.

This hands-on role focused on indirect procurement (NOT direct/raw materials procurement) is crucial in ensuring cost-effective and compliant purchasing, negotiating contracts, managing business vendors and working closely with global teams such as Internal IT, InfoSec, Office Management, Finance, Legal etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the structuring and centralization of the procurement function for indirect spend, implementing best practices and scalable processes.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement for indirect categories including software, SaaS, professional services, marketing, facilities, and other business vendors.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all procurement matters across the company.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to secure cost efficiency and compliance.
  • Support vendor lifecycle management including onboarding, compliance checks, performance monitoring and renewals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align procurement with company needs.
  • Develop simple procurement templates, guidelines, and reporting to increase transparency and efficiency.
  • Monitor costs and demonstrate savings achieved through vendor negotiations and smarter sourcing.

4+ years of experience in indirect procurement (services, IT tools, professional/marketing services, etc.) preferably in a global setup or corporate environment.

  • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and compliance requirements.
  • Pragmatic, proactive, and independent.
