Job summary

Waters Corporation in Milford, MA is seeking an Indirect Procurement Analyst to support Ariba Sourcing, contracts, and spend analytics in a hybrid onsite role. You will analyze data, develop insights, and help drive procurement initiatives across functions.

The role requires 1–3 years in procurement, RFx experience, and strong PowerBI/Excel skills. Expect collaboration with Operations, Legal, and Finance, with an on-site presence Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related operations.
• RFx experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of PowerBI and data analytics basics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ariba Sourcing and Contracts workflow and documents.
• Support spend visibility through PowerBI analytics and reports.
• Lead RFx events and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Create documentation, pricing comparisons, and internal files.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal and Finance.
