Base pay range

$25.50/hr - $34.50/hr

Responsibilities

  • Provide best in class Engineering remote support diagnoses for external and internal customers
  • Implement technical solutions to clients following technical design and support processes
  • Remote resolve technical issues from end users, including product features, specifications, parts info, and maintenance routines
  • Coordinate between departments to deliver comprehensive customer solutions
  • Trigger onsite support if remote resolution fails
  • Ensure proper diagnosis and parts identification for handover to Field Support Engineers
  • Contribute ideas for remote engineering improvements

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED required; college degree in a technical field preferred
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (onsite or remote support)
  • Advanced knowledge of computing, storage, and peripherals
  • Deep technical knowledge for remote support responsibilities
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and implement corrective actions
  • Effective communication with management and customers
  • Proficient in creating clear customer documentation
  • Ability to translate technical details into simple steps

The pay range reflects the employer's good faith estimate at posting and may vary based on multiple factors. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Paid time off is available for salaried employees; hourly employees' PTO eligibility varies. Pay is not considered compensation until earned and paid. This role is not eligible for bonuses or commissions.
